Model 601 is a solvent base peelable coat which can be used to protect and increase the adhesion to ink, is not easy to shift, deformation when decal transfer, the film of 601 coat with outstanding flexibility, strippable properties and printing adaptability. Not damage the structure of ink surface. With strong plasticity in order to extend the validity of decal-paper. With good effect for spraying after transfer on.

Printing Requirement
After printing the varnish and dried, able to print the coat as next step.
Using 40-60 mesh (18T to 25T), add YC-03 5% to 15% if request.
Be noted that the printing area must bigger 3-6mm than the image.
Drying
Room temperature (20ºC-35ºC) 4-8 hours
Room temperatuer (5ºC-19ºC) 8-24 hours
Application:
Once the coat was dried, it is able to do next step.
After transfer on the object, keep it dry for 2-4 hours in Summer, 4-8 hours in winter, then peel off the film.
or put in the oven 60-80C, 10-15min. After cool down, then peel off the film.
Store
Keep in dark place. Far away from the fire.
If couldn't use up a can, seal it well.
