Brief Description
The product is a UVLED 395nm cured screen printing ink made by mainly Modified epoxy acrylic resin and 2-Phenoxyethyl acrylate.

SDT-PET series printing ink is special for the item made of PET, no only for water transfer decal,rub transfer sticker, and effective on glass/metal directly. Match with the same series primer and varnish with good performance.

There have spot color, CMYK and transparent color for option. The varnish/covercoat/medium drying fast, with good flexibility and not brittle. The ink is passed ROHS, EN-71,VOA free, silicon-free,heavy metal-free, phthalate free, BPA free.

Application
With good coverage and excellent printing performance, The pigment is applying good quality chemical,  ensure the color glossy, The color ink not only for the decal of helmet, metal, sports equipment, plastic, wine bottle, glass, etc. And also workable for glass and metal direct printing. With good printing performance with both semiautomatic and automatic screen printing machine. With good ply adhesion after baking.

Printing Conditions

1. Stir well before use; if the ink become hard, use a ink mixer to stir 2 min by 2000rpm is better.
2. The printing mesh 200mesh (T80) to 350mesh (T140);
3. Drying by air: 395nm LED cured, 5000-8000J/cm²; Or dry by UV. The
4. Printing workshop temperature 22C ~25C, humidity 55% ~ 65%;
5. Reducer: Use special reducer DT-70, 3% ~ 15%;
6. Each step must dry completely.

Storage
Place in dark area and seal well in room temperature 15ºC up. If the ink has open and mix with hardener, must to seal up well and stir 2min before use.
In Winter, if the ink frosted, heat the ink at 25 degree and mix with DT-70 5% to 10%.
