DUAL-COMPONENT SCRENN PRINTING INK is a solvent base with free - baking - curing coating. It offering high hardness, excellent wear resistance, strong adhesion, high gloss and even leveling. At the same time, excellent water resistance, solvent resistance, impact resistance and flexibility also. It is suitable for printing ordinary glass, toughened glass, stainless steel, metal products, aluminum sheet, amino resin, epoxy resin coating board, ferrochrome, and electric nameplate etc.

USAGE

Diluent by YC-02, if request fast dry or slow dry, please let me know for customized. 

Mixed with 3% to 8% reducer. Clean the mesh by normal thinner.

Air dry: 4 hours, then package. 48hours later with good adhesive.

Heating dry: 80C to 120C, 5min to 10min

Curd by air: 48 hours 

Cured by heat: Baking the object by 150C to 180C, 20min~30min for complete polymerization.

Screen mesh 80T to 150T

Store in 15℃~40℃room temperature, dark place if available. Seal well and far away fire.
