PRIMER OF DIRECTLY FOIL LAMINATION

Foil lamination name low-temp lamination, it's a kind of printing technology by the special glue (ink) which used to adhere the aluminum-coating layer by the surface of the substrate except for the base layer, thereby achieving the effect like hot stamping. We can provide all line printing material and equipment for this process, match with LED cured technique, make this process easy, fast, and ECO-friendly.


Screen Printing Primer/Undercoat DT-450(2.1) on the paper/film/leather(1.1), by 100T to 140T (depend on the pattern finesse). Printing area is same with image you want. Then dry by LED cured machine(2.3). If you want more thickness, print 4 to 8 time, each time must dry.

The decals:

Apply to glass windows, glass bottle, glass door, glass table, crystal decoration, glass ornament, glass panel, etc. Applicable to positive and reverse water decal stickers. Printing by screen printing by LED/UV ink or solvent based ink with excellent printing performance. LED/UV cured with fast drying speed, environmental protection, energy saving, low odour or free-odour, good flexibility. Solvent base printing ink need to be dried by natural in 4 hours, the odour of solvent based ink is get a bit stronger than LED/UV cured ink, but their final effects will be the same. After baking, the object with excellent adhesion, good water resistance and wine soaking performance.
