Description	strong adhesion, alcohol resistance test, super strong adhesion to glass, metal and other materials. After 12 hours of natural drying, it can pass the 100-grid test. It is better to bake at 150 degrees for 10 minutes at low temperature. It is recommended to cooperate with our special materials.

Feature:

1. Free-baking 8180 primer/undercoat is a type of Italy-imported printing ink for water transfer decal.
2. Free-baking primer/undercoat avoid out of shape in the baking when in the procedure.
3. The 8180 primer can be separated smoothly away from the peel off coat.
4. 8180 primer is an environmentally friendly ink, and the period of sticked longer, the better the effect of adhesion.

Note

1. Please use the special diluent YC-02/YC-01 to adjust the printing viscosity.
2. Diluent ratio: about 10%.
3. Free-baking after sticked if request, able to painting/coating after sticked.
4. Printing the color ink after the 8180 primer dried approx 1-2 h.

  Generally 50%-60% humidity, YC ink surface drying can be printed the color ink.

1. Use 250-350 mesh count.
2. Suggest the the size of the primer's film is the same as the color ink's.
3. Please keep away from the fire source, to avoid light, cool and ventilated place, 16-32C seal preservation.
