UV-LED curing technique is also one of the hi-tech technology developed by YC,which solves the limitation of the past nature drying ink and glue drying drying slow, LED curing is speed up the production, e.g. the production speed of 8 hours in the past, now is able to completed dry in less than 10 minutes; Compared to traditional UV drying technology more energy efficient and environmentally friendly.
 

 

Water transfer 8170 primer
The 8170 primer with non-baking is specially designed for glass, metal, ceramics, stainless steel and other products. After stick on, it can be test after 12 hours of natural drying. Bake for 10 minutes at a low temperature under 150 degrees is good for adhesion.

Process:
1. 250-300 mesh screen, 8170 free baking primer
2. 200-350 mesh screen, 801 series color ink
3. 200-300 mesh screen,print the varnish
4. 60 mesh screen, print 601peel off coat.

Note

1. Please use the special diluent YC-02/YC-01 to adjust the printing viscosity.
2. Diluent ratio: about 10%.
3. Free-baking after sticked if request, able to painting/coating after sticked.
4. Printing the color ink after the 8180 primer dried approx 1-2 h.

  Generally 50%-60% humidity, YC ink surface drying can be printed the color ink.

1. Use 250-350 mesh count.
2. Suggest the the size of the primer's film is the same as the color ink's.
3. Please keep away from the fire source, to avoid light, cool and ventilated place, 16-32C seal preservation.
