Apply to glass, glass bottle, metal, paint finish, bicycle frame, motorcycle frame, carbon fiber, helmet, toy, wood ware, hard plastic and other materials. Applicable to positive and reverse water decals stickers.
 

Ink Characteristic

Suitable for semiautomatic and automatic screen printing with excellent printing performance. LED cured with fast drying speed, environmental protection energy saving low odor or odorless, good flexibility. After baking, the object with excellent adhesion. Good water resistance and wine soaking performance.
 

Product Characteristic

Lamination undercoat	Suitable for wine bottle, metal, paint finish, sport equipment, etc. with good flexibility. Excellent printing of plate, relief, thick plate effect printing. Free choice of the hot stamping temperature between 80-120 degrees. It has good adhesive with foil, without fade color and crack. Good water resistance and wine soaking performance. Wine bottle series object, baking in 170 degrees by 20 minutes that will have good adhesion. Resistance in 220 degrees by 30 minutes test and won't turn in yellow.
Lamination covercoat	Suitable for wine bottle, metal, paint finish, sport equipment, etc. with good flexibility. It has good adhesion with foil and match with ink. Workable as isolate varnish. With water resistance and able to soak in alcohol. Wine bottle series object, baking in 170 degrees by 20 minutes that will have good adhesion. Resistance in 220 degrees by 30 minutes test and won't turn in yellow.
Varnish mixing powder	Suitable for wine bottle, metal, lacquer, sports ware. Flexible, excellent printing performance and strong adhesion.
DT medium Varnish	Application: Isolation of non-stamping ink coating. Characteristics: It is not affected by normal or high temperature hot stamping and not adsorb the foil. It has excellent adhesion between the ink and the foil undercoat. Flexibility, excellent printing performance and good transparency. It can resist in 190 degrees by 30 minutes and won't turn in yellow.
DT Color Ink	Equipped with spot color, transparent color and CMYK dot. Excellent printing adaptability and flexibility. With covercoat if available with water-resistant and alcohol-resistant soaking in good performance.
Undercoat	Suitable for helmet, wood, plastic, carbon fiber, bicycle frame, etc. Use with the ink to increase the adhesion. Suitable for low temperature in 70-150 degrees has excellent adhesion. Applicable to positive and reverse water stickers.
Printing and drying	LED curing with wavelength 395nm (Match with our LED cured machine if available)
LED curing parameter	6000mW/cm² or more(Thick layer and dark color need test)

Diluent	Please use special diluent, with rate 5%; Special anti-foam leveling agent with rate 1-3%

 

Test

Pass ROSH, EN-71, heavy metals test, phthalate, BPA and other tests; if sticky on the skin when using, clean with soap immediately.
 

Store

Please keep away from the fire and keep it in a cool and ventilated place.
